ModelsGram Magazine Grand Launch

    On the 1st of May 2019, I witnessed what could only have happened in places like Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja happen live in Akure city, Ondo State. It was the launching of ModelsGram Magazine, a models centred magazine which feature Tobiloba Ogunbanwo as its cover girl for the maiden edition.

     An event powered by JohJam Nigeria, it could only have been one thing and that's beautiful. The models on the runway were flawless, the Dj dropped the beat like its hot and the MCs cracked ribs till the very last minute of the party.

   Adewunmi Adesida, a graduate of Food Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. She is a masters degree holder and a model herself.

     Even though the event was Strictly by invitation, the Cream de la Cream of the fashion and entertainment industry in Ondo state were in attendance.

     And as you know, Everland was there to cover the event. Check out the pictures and videos to follow.

     Okay, so, if you have some spare time on your hands and you are into the whole 'end is nigh' kind of movie, then BIRD BOX is for you. Don't think you would find any deep meaning to this movie cus it's got non. Don't think you will have the kind of guts and blood you get from a typical horror movie, you'll be disappointed. This movie is a total 'jack of all trade, master of non' kind. It's a sci-fi, action, mystery,  horror film with no particular heads or tails.      Though I agree that one movie could mean many things to many different people after seeing my sister crying and my girlfriend so excited like she just saw the best movie ever, Bird Box still remains the most open-end movie I have seen in a long time. WALKING ON THE SEASIDE: Araromi Beach Experience.

THE JOURNEY      Woke up at 4 am, just to be sure I didn't oversleep nor be the one everybody will have to be waiting for since I organised this trip. Today was the day I had waited and planned to attend the not so popular but yet beautiful Araromi beach located in Ondo state, and you read it right, Ondo state.      Stepped out of my house at 6AM in search of ice blocks for the drinks and to also collect the fresh, small chops I paid for the previous day.      The bus picked me up at Alagbaka at 7am, with the earlier tasks checked off my list. As I stared down the barrel of the M16 pointed at my face, my life flashed before my eyes. I should never have followed them, I should never have listen to my friends who convinced me that I was going to have a good time.  Instead, I had to contend with the thoughts of  losing my life to some thugs with guns, ready to blow anybody's brains out as they robbed us blind of our valaubles.         It had been a long boring day, so I reluctantly joined my boys, Keji, Oye and Deji at the club.
